Are you being paid enough?
I had comment in my last post a salary's in the I.T. industry, specifically, software development. It seems like the only way to get paid a descent wage is to either go contracting , start your own company, become a manager or outsource your work to primates. Most companies I.T. staff just don't seem to be valued highly enough. What do other developers think?

What do you consider a decent wage?
.Net development work is a hot market at the moment especially in Adelaide. Easiest way to get a payrise is to change job.
